Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing options including 0% APR plans to help you move forward on the full project without waiting. Ask us about current terms during your estimate.
Do you use subcontractors?
No, our installers are W-2 employees on our payroll. This allows us to train them to our standard and hold them accountable for the quality of every installation.
How does the free in-home estimate work?
We come to your home with samples, measure the space, and provide an all-inclusive project price during the visit. You get to see and feel the actual materials in your own rooms before making any decisions.
How long have you been in business?
Radix Flooring was founded in 2023, but our experience goes back much further. Our founders spent over a decade installing floors together before opening the company, and that hands-on background shapes every project we take on.
How soon can you schedule an estimate?
We schedule estimates quickly. Just call us or fill out the form and we’ll find a time that works for your schedule.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners across the Sacramento region and the Bay Area, including Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, San Jose, Fremont, and surrounding communities. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our coverage area, just ask and we’ll let you know.
What types of flooring do you install?
We specialize in laminate, hardwood, vinyl, and carpet, and we carry products from trusted manufacturers including Mohawk, Republic, SLCC, and Metropolitan. Our team can help you choose the right material based on your household, your budget, and how each room gets used.
What’s included in your pricing?
Our estimates cover the full project, including materials, labor, underlayment, transitions, trim, furniture moving, removal and haul-away of your old flooring, and cleanup. The price we quote is the price you pay when the job is done.
